Frank served 10 years in the United States Marine Corps as an aviation hydraulic mechanic, work center supervisor, and squadron program manager, where he deployed 4 times in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Honorably discharged in November 2013 Frank used his GI Bill to earn his Bachelors of Science degree from The Ohio State University with a major in Construction Systems Management and a Minor in Business from the Fisher College of Business.
